Grievance Redressal
Effective: 29 October 2026 · Version 2.1 · Operated by ThinkAIQ LLP
In short: Send your complaint to the Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 1 day and resolve within 15 days. If you are still unhappy, you can go to the Data Protection Board or the appropriate consumer forum.
ThinkAIQ LLP has appointed a Grievance Officer to handle complaints about privacy, data rights, content, safety, payments and security. This page explains how to reach them and what to expect.
1. Grievance Officer
Akash Kumar
Grievance & Data Protection Officer
Email: contact@thinkaiq.com
2nd Floor, C/O Vidya Devi, Vidya Bhawan, Ashok Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar - 800020
Please use email so that we have a written record. If you cannot use email, contact our support channel and ask for the Grievance Officer.
2. What to include
- Your name and the email/phone registered to your account (or the account you are complaining about).
- A clear description of the issue, with dates and any order/QR/alert reference.
- What outcome you want (correction, deletion, refund, takedown, explanation).
- Any evidence — screenshots, invoice, message. Do not send your PIN, OTP or full card number.
- If you are acting for someone else, your authority.
3. Timelines
| Stage | Target |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgement with a ticket reference | Within 1 day |
| Resolution or a reasoned interim response | Within 15 days |
| Urgent safety or security issue | Triaged immediately; containment starts the same day where possible |
| Takedown of unlawful content (where applicable) | Within the timeline required by the IT Rules / applicable law |
4. What we do
- Log the complaint with a unique reference and restrict access to the people who need it.
- Investigate using audit logs and records — without asking you for more data than necessary.
- Fix, correct, delete, refund, or explain why we cannot, with the legal ground.
- Tell you how to escalate if you disagree.
- Keep a record for our compliance review, and report trends to management.
5. Escalation
- Privacy / data protection: if we do not resolve your complaint within 30 days, or you disagree with the outcome, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act 2023.
- Consumer / refund / service: you may approach the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Our Refund Policy explains the process.
- Content / intermediary: remedies available under the IT Act 2000 and the IT Rules are not affected. Grievance Officer contact and timelines above apply.
- Cybercrime / immediate danger: call 112. For cyber fraud, report to 1930 or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. For women in distress, the Women Helpline is 181; for children, 1098. Contacting us does not replace these services.
6. Complaints about another user
If someone is using a QR to stalk, harass or impersonate, report it immediately with the QR reference or scan link. We can deactivate the QR, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement on a valid request. Do not confront the person if you are in danger — call 112.
7. Security reports
Report vulnerabilities to contact@thinkaiq.com and read our Security Policy for scope and safe-harbour terms.
8. Records and language
We keep grievance records for at least 24 months, and longer where a legal obligation or claim requires it. You may write to us in English or any Scheduled Indian language; we will respond in English and, where feasible, in the language of your request.
